What Makes Us Different

Pelvic health is our specialty, every day

At Cultivate Your Wellbeing, pelvic health is not something we treat occasionally. It is all we do. You will be surrounded by colleagues who share your passion, speak your language, and love talking through complex cases. Our founder, Katie, has been a physical therapist since 2005 and has specialized in pelvic health since 2009, and our whole team is committed to providing truly specialized care.

Time to give the care you trained for

Every appointment is one-on-one and 60 minutes long, in a private treatment room. That means time to listen, educate, provide hands-on treatment, and build a plan specific to each person's symptoms, goals, and life. Our pace is intentionally different. We know many therapists are looking for a setting where they can slow down and give each patient their full attention, and that is exactly what we have built.

Continuing education is part of who we are

We believe great care comes from staying curious and continually learning. We invest in continuing education, stay current with research, and encourage advanced training in the areas that excite you. The courses we support each year are planned together, based on your hours in the clinic (full-time clinicians receive more), the needs of our patients and practice, and your own interests and goals.

We help you grow in the direction that excites you

Every clinician brings unique strengths and interests. Whether you are drawn to pelvic pain, pregnancy and postpartum care, men's pelvic health, pediatrics, menopause, orthopedics or something else, we want to help you develop it. You will have mentorship, room for autonomy, and a team that genuinely wants to see you thrive personally and professionally.

A close-knit, collaborative team

We are a small team that supports one another. We share ideas, problem-solve together, and celebrate each other's wins. We also love connecting in our community through education and service, and building relationships with other providers so our patients have a care team that communicates.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is compassionate and truly cares about their patients as whole people.

  • Is motivated by personal and professional growth and loves to keep learning.

  • Is self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently while being part of a team.

  • Enjoys building relationships with patients and thoughtfully problem-solving complex symptoms.

  • Wants to be part of a close-knit team and contribute to a supportive culture.

  • Is excited to connect with the community and with other healthcare providers.

If this sounds like you, we would love to meet you, even if you do not check every box below.

How We Care for Our Patients

We provide individualized pelvic health physical therapy for women, men, and children with pelvic pain, bladder and bowel concerns, pregnancy and postpartum symptoms, pelvic organ prolapse, pain with intimacy, menopause-related changes, core dysfunction, and related musculoskeletal concerns.

Our approach is evidence-informed, education-first, and whole-person. Depending on what each patient needs, care may include manual therapy, visceral and neural mobilization, dry needling, cupping, breathing and pressure management, pelvic floor coordination, mobility, strengthening, and individualized exercise. We also offer private Pilates.

We are a cash-based, out-of-network practice. This allows our clinicians the time and autonomy to provide thoughtful, meaningful care without visit limits shaping the plan.
