About Cultivate Your Wellbeing

Our Story.

Before opening Cultivate Your Wellbeing in October 2022, Katie Tredo spent 17 years practicing as a physical therapist, including 13 years specializing in pelvic health physical therapy in a variety of settings across the country.

Cultivate was created from a desire to provide care that was guided by each patient’s goals, rather than by insurance restrictions, rushed appointments, or one-size-fits-all treatment plans.

Cultivate is a space where patients feel safe, heard, respected, and truly cared for. Here, people can talk openly about symptoms that are often dismissed, minimized, or difficult to bring up, and receive care rooted in education, collaboration, and thoughtful problem-solving.

Cultivate was also built with community in mind.

Community has been part of Cultivate from the beginning, from educational workshops to donation drives and local partnerships that support health, body literacy, and access to care.

From the beginning, the vision was not only to provide excellent pelvic health physical therapy, but also to be a trusted resource through education, workshops, community events, and meaningful relationships with other healthcare providers.

As the clinic has grown, so has the team.

We believe patients benefit when providers collaborate, share knowledge, and bring different skills and perspectives to the table. Together, we are able to look at each person’s story more fully, problem-solve more deeply, and provide care that is personal, compassionate, and effective.

“My first contact with Cultivate was through a phone call, and right away I felt reassured and comfortable giving them a try. What sets Cultivate apart is the care and attention they bring to the whole person. Katie understands the importance of the mind-body connection, and both Katie and Jennie are gentle, caring, knowledgeable, and make you feel at ease. Instead of the usual sterile hospital environment, they have created a spa-like atmosphere that calms the mind and makes physical therapy a more relaxing experience. Everyone at Cultivate is kind, understanding, and truly caring.”

What to Expect

  • One-hour visits.

  • One-on-one care.

  • Private treatment rooms.

Our Approach

Our care is education-first because we believe one of the best ways to heal your body is to understand it better.

Each visit is one hour long and one-on-one with your physical therapist, giving us time to listen, assess, treat, educate, and adjust your plan as your body responds. Care takes place in private treatment rooms, with access to gym space when larger movements, strengthening, or activity-specific exercise are part of your plan.

We start by listening to your story, your symptoms, and your goals. From there, we use hands-on techniques to help your body move and feel better, along with individualized exercises and strategies to improve movement patterns, build confidence, and support your return to the activities you love.

At Cultivate, your goals guide the treatment plan. We want you to leave not only with improvement in the issue that brought you in, but also with a deeper understanding of your body that helps you make informed choices long after your visits with us.
